Website and rewards privacy

This notice covers the Choon Guan Hainan Coffee 1956 website and rewards accounts.

We use Metricool to measure visitors and page views on our public English, Malay and Chinese website pages. Staff and rewards account pages are excluded. Metricool states that its website tracker does not use cookies or store visitor IP addresses. These statistics help us understand how people use our website.

When you sign in with Google, we store your Google account identifier, name and email address. We use these details to recognise your account and keep your daily games and vouchers together. Google sign-in does not give us access to your Gmail inbox, contacts or Google Drive.

For staff accounts, we also use your email to check staff access and record which outlet and staff member redeemed a voucher. We store game attempts and voucher issuance and redemption records. Authorised staff use these records to check and redeem vouchers across both outlets. We do not enrol you in marketing messages through sign-in.

A secure sign-in cookie keeps you signed in for up to seven days. Temporary login checks expire after five minutes. Signing out revokes the current session. Account and reward records remain until removed; signing out does not delete your vouchers.

Google handles Google sign-in. The website and its rewards records are hosted through ChatGPT Sites and its Cloudflare infrastructure. You can play practice games without signing in.
